Exchanges 

If you have purchased an item that isn't quite right, we are happy to offer you an exchange or online store credit note for Casual Style.

Exchanges will be accepted provided:

  • It is within 7 days of the purchase date
  • The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
  • The receipt is provided as purchase

Please note, unfortunately we do not accept exchanges of shoes unless deemed faulty. 

Refunds

Please note that at this time we do not offer refunds for change of mind however, we are able to offer you a full store credit.

Store credits will be issued on full-price items provided:

  • It is within 7 days of the purchase date
  • The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • Item is in original packaging with all swing tags attached
  • The receipt is provided as purchase
  • The item is faulty 
  • Once your return has been received we will issue you a store credit via a giftcard
  • Store credit will be offered excluding the original cost of shipping

Please note, unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items or shoes unless deemed faulty.
